This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and credit control experience to hit the ground running in a hybrid role, offering both flexibility and the chance to contribute to an essential service.Key Responsibilities:Deliver front-line administrative services within a busy credit control environmentMake outbound calls to customers to collect overdue payments and resolve any queries effectivelyManage workload and deadlines under pressure while maintaining high quality and accuracyWork collaboratively with colleagues to support the delivery of high-quality servicesEssential Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience working in a credit control or similar finance environmentStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident in outbound customer communication, especially in recovering overdue debtAbility to work proactively as part of a teamSkills & Knowledge:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in using digital tools and systems, including Microsoft 365, email, ERP systems, and communication platformsA commitment to ongoing professional developmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer clear advice and guidanceThis is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation and make an immediate impact.
