Job Description: Children’s Residential Support Worker Location: Tuxford, Nottinghamshire Salary: £13 per hour £70 per sleep Contract: Full‑time, Permanent Rota: 2‑week rolling rota Setting: Residential Children’s Home (EBD) About the Provider Our client is a small, family‑owned residential care provider based in Nottinghamshire, operating nine children’s homes. Recently rated Outstanding by Ofsted, the organisation is known for delivering a nurturing, therapeutic, and child‑focused environment for children aged 5–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The Role We are seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a committed and supportive team within an established home in Tuxford, supporting up to four children. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a real difference, providing consistent therapeutic care, and acting as a positive role model for young people with complex emotional needs.
