Job Description
* Reliable and engaging with team and guests.

* Committed to taking care of guests from arrival to departure.
* Provide guidance and support to the reception team to help them achieve their potential and departmental goals.
* Assist in effectively running front‑office operations with a hands‑on approach.
* Help guests and create positive experiences.
* Confident in all aspects of guest relations, recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
* Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments.
What You Will Be Doing
* Lead and supervise day‑to‑day operation of the department to ensure service standards are met with friendly and engaging service.
* Handle guest concerns, react quickly, track and notify proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for guests.
* Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalise service.
Qualifications
* Service‑focused personality is essential.
* Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
* Prior experience working with Opera Cloud will be valued.
* Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities with the ability to lead by example.
