We are a rapidly growing UK distributor and service agent for innovative ophthalmic and aesthetic laser systems, working with leading global manufacturers and specialist clinical customers.
Due to continued growth, we are creating a Sales & Marketing Executive role to support our sales team, strengthen customer engagement and help scale our commercial operations.
This is a hands-on, varied role at the centre of the business, offering excellent exposure to B2B sales, marketing, events and customer lifecycle management.
What Youll Be Doing
Sales & Commercial Support
Building and managing a long-term B2B sales pipeline (up to 5 years)
Proactively developing and progressing new sales leads
Coordinating with manufacturers (Principals) and end-user customers
Sales Director & Team Support
Managing the Sales Directors diary, meetings and priorities
Supporting the Sales Director and Area Sales Manager with sales cadence and follow-ups
Preparing reports, briefings and sales documentation
Events & Conferences
Coordinating attendance at industry events and exhibitions
Supporting conference and exhibition logistics
Assisting with Sales Director speaking engagements, including scheduling, preparation and follow-up
Service & Aftermarket Sales
Supporting the upsell of service and maintenance agreements as systems come off warranty
Helping develop automated, personalised service contract renewal processes
Working closely with the Service Team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Marketing & Digital
Managing website content and B2B social media activity
Supporting the development of an online shop for service agreements and consumables
Improving customer engagement through AI and digital tools
Who This Role Is For
This position would suit a recent graduate or early-career professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong organisational skills.
You dont need industry experience we will train you but you must be proactive, organised and commercially curious, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and customers.
