About the role:
* To provide support to customers in the field; ensuring that the company is represented in a professional manner and managing on‑site installations, repairs, and diagnostics.
* Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical and mechanical equipment.
* Providing service and customer support during field visits.
* Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining solutions.
* Producing detailed service reports.
* Operating vehicles and machinery in a safe manner.
* Following company procedures and protocols.
* Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organisation.
* Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications.
* Building positive relationships with customers.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Technical Expertise, Auto electrics: 3 years (preferred).
The role requires significant travel, all over the UK, ability to work independently.
Clean full UK driving licence essential.
