This role is a contract for 12 months.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional welcome and ensuring the front desk is always covered. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Receptionists are expected to anticipate guest arrivals and deliver prompt, efficient service.

This role also includes managing the reception inbox, handling outgoing post and courier requests, processing online gift card and internal purchase order requests, and assisting with meeting rooms and events.


What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

* Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
* Manage meeting room bookings and provide support for internal events, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Coordinate with the Guest Services team, IT, Housekeeping, Real Estate, Security, Gardeners, and suppliers for meeting setup requirements and daily operations.
* Answer and process incoming telephone calls and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
* Adhere to grooming and uniform standards, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
