We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a temporary Office Administrator position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time-management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
This role involves promoting and supporting the operation of our School Aged Immunisation Service. Responsibilities include retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, following instructions from the Operations Manager/Team Leader and working in line with the Standard Operating Procedure for School Immunisation.
The successful candidate will handle queries from managers and employees, answer questions from staff and other stakeholders, prepare and file forms and other documents, measure and report on project performance, and act as the point of contact for all participants.
Key responsibilities also include overseeing day-to-day operations, analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager, answering scheduling queries via email and phone, transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, updating existing data, and typing in data provided directly from customers.
In addition, the successful candidate must be able to undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position and comply with Company policies & procedures.
* Salary: £24,375 per annum
The successful candidate must be available to work 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and be willing to work overtime when needed.
