We’re on the lookout for two Head of Sales & Sourcing to join a trend driven childrenswear and licensed brands team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll shape product direction, influence buying decisions, and help drive commercial success—all while working alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
If you have a strong eye for product, strategic and commercial mindset, coupled with excellent team development and management experience with exceptional knowledge of sourcing, this will be perfect for you.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll sit at the heart of product and sales, working cross-functionally to bring compelling ranges to life.
* Partner with global sourcing teams to build clear, pre-season strategies and deliver strong, commercially competitive product offers
* Leading a team of up to 6 Sales Managers, monitoring sales performance and providing guidance,
* Collaborate with sourcing teams on clear strategies, in advance of the season, to bring the best product offering
* Identify new opportunities for growth and confidently present ideas that convert into orders
* Play a key role in product development—from initial concept through to ready-to-buy ranges
* Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and support teams to continuously improve
* Manage critical paths to ensure key deadlines and milestones are met
* Influence buying teams with compelling product pitches and insights
* Support negotiations on cost, delivery, and order quantities to ensure best outcomes
* Act as a key link between teams, solving challenges and keeping everything moving smoothly
* Travel for seasonal territory visits, trade shows, and inspiration
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in product development and sourcing at a senior level with proven team management and development capabilities
* Background in buying, product development and nurturing relationships
* Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of trends
* A confident communicator who can influence and inspire stakeholders and directors
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven to see things through
* A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams
