Overview
Responsible for overseeing global cash flow forecasting, reporting and working capital optimization across PCS business globally. This role partners closely with regional FP&A teams, Treasury, OTR, Commercial Teams, and senior business leaders at both PCS and ESY level to deliver timely insights, identify risks and opportunities, and drive improvements in PCS global cash generation and deployment.
Responsibilities
* Lead the global PCS cash FP&A activities with responsibility for cash forecasting, planning, reporting and analytics; collaborate with the PCS finance leadership and Electrification teams to drive financial and operational performance.
* Direct the global cash flow forecasting process including monthly pacing, quarterly forecasts, annual cash budget and long-term cash planning; partner with local finance teams, OTR, regional CFOs, FP&A leaders and the PCS CFO.
* Lead and own cash flow reporting and analysis and related FP&A deliverables for PCS.
* Consolidate and lead the PCS operating rhythm to improve cash performance (collections and billing), review performance, strengthen governance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Improve working capital performance by providing visibility to cash metrics and tracking key levers by region and globally (past due, inventory, invoicing and collections).
* Enhance cash reporting capability through finance system improvements and process digitization, ensuring accuracy and reliability of cash flow reporting.
* Partner with the PCS CFO and regional CFOs to drive a significant transformation of the FP&A Cash organization, identifying and implementing strategies to reduce waste, optimize and scale activities.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.
* Experience in a senior financial leadership position.
* Experience in a leadership development program (FMP/CAS/OFLP) or equivalent.
