Full-Time Call Centre Agent - Immediate Start
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time
Location: Norwich - fully office based
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone
* Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
* Make outbound calls
* Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic manner
* Supporting the admin team with general office tasks
* Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
Requirements
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable
