Are you ready to lead in one of the UK's fastest-growing kitchenware retailers? ProCook is seeking a passionate Store Manager to oversee operations and inspire a dynamic team at our new location opening in July 2025.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to create a vibrant shopping experience, combining quality kitchenware with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Manage daily store operations, ensuring stock levels, organization, and visual appeal are maintained.
* Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
* Foster a positive team environment through training and development.
* Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs, enhancing their shopping experience.
Requirements:
* Proven retail management experience, preferably in home goods or kitchenware.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for cooking and kitchenware.
* Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvement strategies.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
