Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial operations of a growing business based in Diss. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company offering hybrid working, where you can make a real difference.
The Role:
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business by managing all aspects of finance, including:
* Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring robust controls and efficient processes.
* Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Managing statutory accounts, VAT, PAYE, and other tax compliance requirements.
* Leading and developing a small finance team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
* Providing financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Managing cash flow, working capital, and liaising with external auditors and stakeholders.
About You:
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with solid experience in a similar role.
* Strong financial reporting and compliance experience with a hands-on approach.
* A commercially minded finance leader who can support senior stakeholders with key insights.
* Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
* Proficient in financial systems and Excel, with excellent attention to detail.
