The Role: Technical Coordinator / Estimator
This hybrid role combines technical coordination, estimating input, and operational support. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers throughout the pre-construction and live project phases, contributing to the delivery of smart, effective safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess technical drawings and scopes for feasibility and efficiency
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage technical documentation and submittals
* Assist with estimating by gathering quotes and preparing cost breakdowns
* Conduct site visits to review project conditions and provide technical insights
* Support value engineering processes and identify practical improvements
* Facilitate internal coordination across estimating, delivery, and client teams
* Ensure smooth and accurate handover of technical information for projects
* Provide flexible support across departments as needed
Requirements
Candidate Profile
* Experience in electrical, M&E, or construction-related roles
* Working knowledge of estimating or project coordination practices
* Competent in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across functions and with suppliers
* Proficiency in Excel; experience with estimating tools advantageous
* Practical mindset, adaptable, and motivated to grow within an ambitious SME
