Insurance Account Handler – Everywhen
Located in Winnersh, this role offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with a basic salary and generous bonus structure, as well as the benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent insurance broker.
Responsibilities
* Support a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and manage queries promptly.
* Practice proactive customer service, using initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Qualifications
* Experience in the insurance industry is essential.
* Excellent customer service skills – confident in phone and face‑to‑face interactions.
* Proactive, willing to learn, curious, open to gaining industry qualifications (CII/ACII).
* Team player with a positive outlook, resilience and integrity.
