The role focuses on ensuring that microbiological, analytical and quality assurance testing is performed in line with documented site procedures and meets site/customer specifications where applicable. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for food safety and quality who can work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
Key responsibilities
* Microbiological testing on finished product and process water
* Log samples and enter results into LIM system
* Routine sampling of process points; maintain QA records
* Hygiene monitoring, pest monitoring, and positive product release
* Verify incoming materials meet standards; conduct glass/hard plastic audits
* Ensure calibration and cleanliness of labs; assist with CIP and environmental sampling
* Support with borehole sampling, filter integrity testing, and site water systems
