Fleet Valley Care Home, located on the edge of the charming rural town of Gatehouse of Fleet, is thoughtfully designed to support small group living and a true sense of community. We provide high-quality nursing care and comfortable accommodation for up to 43 residents, all within a warm and supportive environment that feels like home. Role
Care Assistant Contract
Type: Full-time care assistant role with shift patterns as part of a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing
* Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care
* Help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and residents feel cared for
* Work as part of a supportive team with training, guidance and ongoing development
What We Are Looking For

* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A reliable and positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
* SVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards
