Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Property Management, LRG seeks a new Regional Manager within Property Management to join our East Anglia Region. The ideal candidate will be a current Head of Property Management with experience managing multiple branches and a large portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve profitability targets by working closely with the Regional Lettings Director.
* Empower teams to meet and exceed targets through regular communication and management meetings.
* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure customer retention and advocacy.
* Establish and monitor clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Develop the business by engaging with private, investor, and corporate landlords, and participating in local networking.
* Support the integration of new products and services.
* Lead and motivate staff to uphold our core values and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Monitor and improve customer experience through quality control strategies.
* Identify and develop talent, providing coaching and training for staff retention and growth.
* Optimize operational efficiency and control costs while maintaining high service standards.
* Manage schedules, deadlines, and effective communication across teams.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
* Handle complaints effectively, escalating when necessary, and managing associated costs.
What We Are Looking For:
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
* Leadership experience
* Proven experience in the Property Industry
* Knowledge of current legislation
* Minimum 5 years of Property Management experience
* At least 2 years as Head of Property Management
* Full UK Driving License
