At Index.dev, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Sales Accounts Executive from Latin America to join our remote-first team and help us shape the future of tech recruitment.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
* Identify and engage target clients using smart sales strategies and CRM tools
* Lead discovery calls, qualify leads, and present tailored solutions to client pain points
* Drive contract negotiations, close deals, and collaborate closely with Talent and Demand teams
* Maintain client satisfaction, renewals, and upsells while staying aligned with SLAs
* Monitor industry trends and continuously refine your sales approach to stay ahead
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
* 7–10 years of sales experience in SaaS, recruitment platforms, or tech services
* Strong understanding of tech recruitment models (e.g. assigning devs on long-term contracts)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* A team player with a hands-on leadership style and strategic thinking
* English proficiency (C1) to communicate fluently with clients from the U.S. & Canada
* Bonus: basic technical knowledge of programming languages
