About the role:
As a Team Leader in the Recruitment Coordination Department of Hays, you will be providing coordination and administration support within the Hays onsite recruitment team. This is an integral role being the Team Leader and high exposure to senior stakeholders with one of Hays’ most prominent clients.
What it would look like Day to Day
* Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to deliver service within contractual SLA’s.
* Responsible for managing resources and deliverables within team.
* Issue management and resolution with key stakeholders’ pre-escalation
* Responsibility for delivery of account plan and associated monthly tasks.
* Accountable for using management information effectively and productively.
* Develop and maintain a high-performance culture aligned with the Hays values.
* Ensure the workplace is professional and productive.
* Effectively induct and coach all new employees as well as develop existing team members.
What you'll need to succeed
* Managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
* It is desirable that you have managed or coordinated offices, events, or teams previously.
* To be analytically minded, with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel Knowledge.
* Communication Skills, ability to build relationships with Senior Stakeholders
* Proactive Person who enjoys problem solving and getting to the root cause of queries
* Attention to detail
