This role involves preparing consignments of finished goods for delivery worldwide and coordinating imports of components into the factory. This is a temporary ongoing contract for a minimum of 3 months. Working Hours - Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (37 hours per week) Hourly Rate - £14.70ph Responsibilities - Prepare and dispatch shipments economically and efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and agents. Maintain and monitor dispatch shipments and provide status updates. Liaise with external agencies (e.g., HM Customs, shipping lines). Enter data, prepare invoices, and generate necessary documentation. Book shipments and handle external enquiries. Assist senior shippers and cover absences when needed.
