Customer Care Support Officer to join our team in Leeds.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
Responsibilities:
* Phone Liaison:
Communicate with customers over the phone, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Issue Resolution:
Assist customers with resolving housing-related issues, including maintenance requests, rent enquiries, and general enquiries.
* Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all details are properly documented.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, property managers, and external stakeholders to provide seamless customer support.
* Problem-Solving:
Identify solutions to customer problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
