Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: £47,440 - £65,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)
Working pattern: Mon-Thurs 0730-1725

AWE is currently recruiting for an Production Delivery Manager for the Operations Group.
This role is ideally suited to a candidate who is a strong people leader with experience of Leading and Managing teams in a tactical and complex technical Production manufacturing environment.
Working within the Operations Group, the successful candidate will be required to take ownership and accountability of safe, right first time and on time operations within a Production area. Working closely within a group of Production Delivery Managers, Production Senior Delivery Manager and Team Leaders, you will coordinate activities to ensure the fulfilment of daily and weekly deliverables, alongside tasks and standards required to sustain safe and efficient workspaces, within a structure underpinned by continuous improvement and rapid problem solving focused on root cause preventions.
