Responsibilities
* Leading the day-to-day operation to deliver smooth, efficient and consistent service.
* Managing stock, minimising waste, and ensuring high‑quality beverage preparation.
* Motivating, coaching and supporting your team to perform at their best.
* Completing weekly paperwork and carrying out any administrative tasks required.
* Being the key decision‑maker on shift and the main point of contact for all store matters.
* Proactively resolving challenges with confidence, discretion, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
