About Our Client

Job Description
* Supervise operatives to ensure responsive repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
* Conduct pre and post inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
* Liaise proactively with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain excellent service levels
* Monitor health and safety compliance and enforce company policies on site
* Manage variations, material orders, and keep detailed, accurate records
* Provide regular updates and reports to the Contract Manager on team performance and project progress
The Successful Applicant
* Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
* Full UK driving licence (essential for site visits and operational mobility)
* Proven supervisory experience in responsive maintenance or a related field, ideally within social housing
* Strong understanding of social housing repairs and relevant legislation
