Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting additional Production / Machine Operators to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.About the Production / Machine Operator RoleThis is a key role within our production team where you will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring machinery to ensure production runs efficiently, safely and to a high standard of quality.You will work independently on the night shift, ensuring customer orders are produced and dispatched on time while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.As our Night Shift Production / Machine Operator you will be responsible for:Setting up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycleOperating Ashe Slitters, Berhalter Die Cutting machines and other equipmentMeeting production targets and dispatch deadlinesMonitoring and adjusting machine settingsInspecting products using precision measuring toolsTroubleshooting machinery issues during productionMaintaining production records and activity logsOperating forklifts to move materials and finished goodsMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeepingFollowing all health and safety proceduresSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar roleKnowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement toolsExperience operating slitting machines or similar equipment is highly desirableStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical stamina and a proactive attitudeCommitment to health and safety proceduresForklift licence desirable but not essentialApply TodayIf you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to succeed in this role, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV.No agencies please.TPBN1_UKTJ
