Are you a hungry and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) ready to join a fast-scaling fintech making waves across Europe and now who have recently launched in the UK? We're hiring on behalf of a disruptive startup that's revolutionising business payments and cash flow management for SMEs, Accountants, and Bookkeepers.


If you've sold directly to small business owners and have experience with fintech, payments, or accounting software, this is your chance to get in early with a well-funded company and make your mark. 💥


🔑 What You'll Be Doing

As an SDR, you’ll be at the frontlines of our UK sales efforts, focusing on generating interest in a platform that offers seamless business payments, built-in credit, and game-changing cash flow solutions.


🔍 Prospect & qualify leads across a variety of industries using LinkedIn, outbound emails, and calls


💬 Engage directly with SME owners to understand their financial pain points and introduce our offering


💡 Collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and accelerate deals


📊 Keep CRM systems sharp and up to date with your outreach and progress


📣 Share feedback with product and marketing to help fine-tune our go-to-market approach


📈 Stay current on fintech trends and the evolving needs of UK SMEs


🌟 What We’re Looking For

✅ MUST have 1+ year in a sales role (ideally outbound SDR or BDR) NON NEGOTIABLE

📞 Proven experience selling into SMBs or SMEs, especially to founders or business owners

💼 Background in fintech, payments, or accounting software

🎯 Driven, coachable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced startup

🇬🇧 Based in London – available to work 2–3 days per week from our Holborn office
