Apricus Resourcing are working with an independent provider who are looking for a Housing Concierge for a contract role based in Exeter. The role available is based on a long term locum basis with 12 hour shifts available on days over a two week rolling rota - Shift times are 07:00 - 19:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. The position is based in a temporary accommodation and assessment service. The role includes supporting customers with alcohol dependence and addiction, substance misuse both prescription, legal and illegal substances and often complex mental ill health that is linked to past trauma, trauma of surviving on the streets. The post holder is responsible for statistical information regarding occupancy, updating project records e.g. the communications log, in accordance with record keeping quality standards.
