We're hiring a Data Insight Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with data to create real business impact.

🔧 What you'll be doing:
* Leading insight projects that shape key business decisions
* Translating business challenges into data-driven solutions
* Analysing large datasets to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
* Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
* Applying industry metrics like loss ratios and earning patterns
* Investigating and resolving data quality issues
* Staying compliant with data privacy regulations and best practices
🎯 What we're looking for:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, insight, or MI
* Strong SQL skills, with working knowledge of Power BI
* Confident communicator – both technical and non-technical
* Solid understanding of statistical concepts
* Detail-oriented, organised, and self-motivated
