Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming orders via phone, email, and online platforms with precision.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently.
- Receive goods, book items into stock, and organise storage systematically.
- Assist with parts identification, quotations, and general customer queries.
- Manage warranty returns and support occasional loading/unloading tasks.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner are essential.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Experience within a parts or engineering/automotive environment is desirable.
- Innovation: Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and adapt to department needs.
- Business Impact: Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
