Ready to make a difference? Supply Desk are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful team and support children with special educational needs at a school in High Wycombe.
What You’ll Do:
* Assist students on a 1:1 and small group basis.
* Help implement personalised learning plans.
* Encourage independence, self-esteem, and social development.
* Work closely with teachers to support learning and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For:
* A caring and patient approach with a passion for supporting children.
* Previous SEN experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm is key!
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is desirable but not essential.
* A proactive and adaptable attitude to the needs of the students you support.
