You will be responsible for the management of your own varied and busy caseload, which will involve providing a first class and innovative property dispute resolution service, advising investors, developers, landlords, tenants, financiers and anyone else involved in property ownership, development, or property management. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will either have experience within Property Litigation or possess a sound understanding and knowledge of Litigation and be willing to specialise in Property Litigation. You will be at least 5 years’ PQE and be passionate and dedicated with a flair for business development. A motivated and proactive solicitor is required to join this busy team, who can easily manage a caseload of both existing clients and new client relationships.
