VolkerStevin are hiring and looking for an experienced Logistics administrator to join our team on our project at Sizewell C. You will be based at our Woodbridge office with a site visit to Sizewell C once a week.
Responsibilities
* Work under pressure/fast pace
* Data fatigue management - Msite
* Security Vetting
* Chasing supplier chain - booked in & chased / when ordering plant etc - checking everything is in place.
* Accommodation for rig team (cover)
* Transportation
* Go to person for site requirements
* Waste management plan data inputting
* Visiting sizewell team once a week (not woodbridge and understanding site logistics). In woodbridge the rest of the week
* Support VTS/VGE/VMS
* Attending weekly ops meeting for requirements working across internal businesses
About you
* Site/Construction Company experience (not essential)
* Excellent communication skills including written English and ability to compile own letters.
* Excellent IT skills including; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, E-Mail and Internet
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to use initiative
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Time management skills
* Experience in the Procure to Pay Process
