We're looking to recruit an Office and Reception Administrator here at Gordon Murray Motor Engineers. This is a varied role that involves:
· Taking customer bookings.
· Advising customers on services and MOTs.
· Liaising with the workshop regarding customer queries.
· Ordering parts.
· Completing digital service records.
· Managing social media platforms.
· Helping to implement a new garage management system.
· Design of adverts and posters.
· Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts.
· Help to negotiate utilities contracts.
· General administrative duties.
· Coordinating health and safety records. Previous experience in coordinating health and safety records would be advantageous but not essential.
This position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Part-time: 3 or 4 days per week, 8am – 5pm. Set working days are required and must include both Thursday and Friday.
