Brain Injury Support Worker Location: Doncaster Hours: 2/3 weekday shifts to start. Monday & Wednesday confirmed, as 4-6 hour shifts. Pay: £15.00 per hour depending on shift. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our client, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Due to role responsibilities, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. About the Client: Our client is a female in her 20's with a brain injury, following a road traffic accident. Whilst independently mobile, she requires a wheelchair for longer distances. This role will be to provide companionship, support as a PA and assist in the community, including going to nail and hair appointments and out for lunch and coffee. She loves fashion and photography, and has a pet miniature daschund, so applicants must be comfortable with dogs. Assist with daily living activities, including accompanying client in the community and taking client to appointments.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Valid UK driver's license.
