Working in our Group function, you’ll play a key role in helping our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional customer service and patient care globally.
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager/Product Manager for our Risk, Clinical and Governance domain. The role involves supporting the Senior Technical Delivery Manager, taking ownership of technical run and change activities for our application products and services, in collaboration with stakeholders.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
* Provide technical leadership and oversight of delivery and support of applications and services, aligned with strategy and roadmap.
* Ensure products are developed and features prioritized in accordance with Bupa’s Technology Strategic Framework, seeking continuous improvement and innovation.
* Be accountable for all aspects of run and change for a portfolio of technology products and services, adopting DevSecOps practices where possible.
* Maintain information security and data protection standards throughout the product lifecycle.
* Ensure resilience of products and services, overseeing third-party contributions as needed.
* Contribute to the delivery of functional data models and ensure their evolution aligns with broader standards.
* Implement robust data integration strategies in line with enterprise architecture standards.
* Drive collaboration and formation of multi-disciplinary teams, acting as Scrum Master when appropriate.
* Lead all aspects of delivery from inception to maintenance, promoting agility and continuous improvement.
* Provide technical leadership to platform teams and manage asset lifecycle, including cloud adoption.
* Manage dependencies, risks, and compliance with security, operational, and governance standards.
* Oversee vendor management and procurement processes for software solutions.
What you’ll bring:
* Senior technology professional with experience in delivering complex product projects.
* Experience managing change and run activities, including planning, security, and governance.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience with IT Service Owner responsibilities and transitioning from waterfall to agile methodologies.
* Innovative mindset with a focus on user-centric and design thinking approaches.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to influence across organizational levels.
