Job Description
Strategically & Operationally lead Customer Service, Order Processing, Internal Sales & Account ManagementCreate, implement and drive the CX Strategy across a national B2B customer baseConduct in depth reviews of existing process and procedures to highlight opportunities to drive positive change, leading to better outcomes for customers, improved operational efficiency, reduced lead times and increase profitWork closely with production planning to manage order book to help create a timely distribution planManage relations with 3rd part logistics providers, managing commercial contracts and ensuring SLA's are metTake ownership of any escalated customer issues with a view to resolve in a timely manorWork closely with sales function to manage customer onbaording and provide support where requiredIdentify opportunities to implement new technologies, systems and AI that improve customer satisfaction and reduce manual workloadThe Successful Applicant

The role of Head of Customer Service will join an SME Manufacturign organisation at their Offices in Sheffield.The role offers a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experienceWorking Hours are 8-30 to 17-00 Monday to Friday, fully on site in Sheffield
