One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Underwriter / Specialist.
The role is a senior underwriting / technical SME and the escalation point for underwriting so will be hands on, with the ability to take the lead.
Location flexible you can be based in the UK (remote), Jersey or Guernsey.
If you are based in the UK, there will be occasional travel to the Channel Islands.
Also open to candidates who would like to relocate to the Channel Islands and benefit from the 20% tax and island life full housing licence will be provided.
Salary £40,000 70,000 + benefits + bonus
Experience:
Strong underwriting experience as an Underwriter / Senior Underwriter or Underwriting Lead
General Insurance / GI
Commercial Insurance ideally experience including Property / Residential / Rental / Business / Combined Insurance / Causality
Qualifications such as ACII working towards or a similar qualification
