We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school team for two academic terms, full-time until December 2025 and then part-time until April 2026.This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire young learners and create a positive classroom environment. In the second term, if you’re still interested in full-time work, Step Teachers collaborates with local schools and can help you find temporary daily supply opportunities. Duties as KS2 Teacher: Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum. Differentiate activities to support all abilities, ensuring progress for every child. Foster a stimulating, inclusive classroom that encourages curiosity and independence. Monitor pupil development and maintain accurate records of attainment and progress. Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing. Contribute to wider school life, including clubs, trips and special events. Ideal KS2 Teacher: Available full-time until December 2025. Is happy to continue on a part-time basis until April 2026. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2. Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
