We are a busy Recruitment & Training company based in Braintree, seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Apprentice to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Providing general administrative support across our Training department
2. Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
3. Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
4. Supporting training course administration, including enrolments and learner files
5. Helping with office organisation and day-to-day tasks
What We're Looking For
6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Confident using IT, including Microsoft Office, email & internet
10. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
