The appointee will be a key member of the Stroke and TIA team, ensuring high-quality care delivery and contributing to service development. Responsibilities include joining a multidisciplinary team to provide Stroke and TIA outpatient services, conducting weekly clinics, participating in the Stroke in-reach service, and liaising with team members.
The candidate is expected to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives such as:
1. Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT)
2. Cost Improvement Programme (CIP)
3. Implementing evidence-based new ways of working
