Responsibilities
* Provide trade support for complex securities, including OTC Derivatives, Bank Loans, and Private Placements / Private Credit, supporting the full lifecycle of events.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of trades, confirmations, settlements, collateral movements, and corporate actions.
* Coordinate the execution and settlement of private deals and manage lifecycle events timely.
* Resolve inquiries related to complex securities for internal and external clients, including traders, portfolio managers, administrators, custodians, middle‑office providers, and counterparties.
* Assist with the day‑to‑day oversight of outsourced middle‑office functions or in‑house processes.
* Manage operational risk, ensuring controls are in place and effective and that outsourced operations are appropriately overseen.
* Monitor service provider quality and performance, reviewing KPIs, metrics, and SLA compliance against contractual policies.
* Carry out other duties as assigned.
* Understand and comply with the firm’s regulatory obligations and JHI policies applicable to this role.

Annual Bonus Opportunity
Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on company, department, team, and individual performance.

* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in middle‑office (trade) operations.
