Key Responsibilities * Spend initial 3 months on the workshop/factory floor learning machinery, operations, and technical specifications. * Research and generate new leads through cold calling, targeting local SMEs, builders, landscapers, and plant hire companies. * Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline. * Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites when required. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable machinery solutions. * Support marketing and sales campaigns to promote products and services.
