Job Title: Skilled Press Brake Setter/Operator
Location: Loughborough area
Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £14.50
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Role Overview - Press Brake Setter/Operator: We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Set up and operate press brake machinery based on technical drawings
2. Adjust tooling, offsets, and conduct self-inspection of finished work
3. Work with Trumpf, Amada, or LVD machines (experience preferred)
4. Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and part counts
5. Conduct quality checks and promptly report any defects or issues
6. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned
Candidate Profile:
1. Prior experience operating and setting Trumpf or Amada press brakes or laser cutting machines
2. Hands-on and proactive approach to work
3. Background in engineering, manufacturing, or production
4. Physically fit and capable of manual handling
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Organized and forward-thinking
