Responsibilities
* Define and deliver AI product roadmaps, translating business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Lead end-to-end AI product delivery from discovery and experimentation through to deployment, scaling, and optimisation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders
* Drive the integration of LLMs and Generative AI into core business processes and decision-making workflows
* Embed responsible AI practices including explainability, fairness, and compliance into product design and delivery
* Manage and prioritise product backlogs, balancing innovation, technical constraints, and business value
* Engage with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and validate product opportunities
* Oversee AI product performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement post-deployment
* Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks within a banking environment
* Communicate product progress, risks, and priorities clearly to senior leadership
Skills / Must Have
* Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering complex AI or digital products
* Hands‑on experience with AI/ML products including LLMs, Generative AI, and advanced analytics
* Experience translating AI capabilities into scalable, production‑ready solutions
* Proven experience working within regulated environments, ideally banking or financial services
* Strong understanding of AI life cycle including data dependencies, model evaluation, and monitoring
* Experience embedding Responsible AI principles including explainability, bias mitigation, and transparency
* Experience working within Agile/SAFe delivery environments with ownership of backlog and roadmap
* Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and data teams
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
