Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a successful law firm based in Chesterfield. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, hybrid working and professional development opportunities.
Role Responsibilities
As the successful Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will manage a full caseload whilst offering support to the overall team and partners where required.
The caseload will consist of files ranging from not limited to:
* Wills & Probate
* Estate Administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trust Administration
* Tax Returns
Person Specification
As the incoming Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will have a minimum of 1 year PQE with solid knowledge of Trust work. You will be able to demonstrate good technical and communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively not only within the Private Client Department but across the firm.
Importantly, you will also be able to display:
* Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of all Wills and Probate matters.
* Good experience and knowledge of Trust Administration.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Expert drafting skills.
* Strong organisation skills.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to summarise and present complex information in a clear and accessible way.
* Innate ability to work methodically and accurately with an excellent attention to detail.
* Strong presentation skills.
