Salary & Benefits
* Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
* Overtime paid at 1.25%

Hours & Location
* 42.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
* Location: Mill Lane, Nursling, Southampton SO16 0YE.
Responsibilities
* Perform vehicle body repairs (Painting) adhering to manufacturer standards and company procedures.
* Maintain productivity levels in line with Thatcham repair times.
* Follow health and safety regulations, wear PPE, and report issues.
* Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
* Conduct oneself professionally, showing courtesy to the public.
* Report safety or maintenance issues immediately.
* Keep work area tidy and equipment compliant and secure.
Qualifications
* Recognized qualifications with a minimum of three years post-apprenticeship experience in vehicle body repair.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Understanding of transport & HSE legislation.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
* Organized with excellent time management skills.
* Enthusiastic about self-improvement and learning new skills.
