ILJ Personnel are currently recruiting Labourers in the Northfleet Kent
Successful candidates must hold a valid CSCS Card, have previous experience in a similar role, and have the right to work in the UK.
We are currently looking for a general construction labourers.
Good performance may lead to ongoing work. There are a variety of projects and rates vary according to client needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Use hand tools and power tools safely to do work.
* Take apart buildings or structures or rebuild in a safe way.
* Help remove rubble and waste materials from the site.
* Work closely with your team to get the job done safely and on time.
* Check the work area for any dangers and help fix them.
* Clean up debris and keep the worksite tidy and safe.
* Do basic tasks in carpentry, roofing, plumbing, brickwork, welding, and electrical work if needed.
* Take care of your tools and let someone know if they stop working properly.
* Report any issues to the site supervisor/manager
* Always follow safety rules and wear the right protective gear (PPE).
You must be reliable and flexible with good timekeeping.
This role is Self Employed.
