Training Roofing Labourer (Mobile Role)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, typically 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday to Friday (exact hours agreed with Line Manager)
Location: Woking and surrounding areas

We're looking for a motivated Roofing Labourer to join a well-established organisation delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment, and maintenance services across the South of England. This is a hands-on, permanent role offering the opportunity to work alongside skilled tradespeople while gaining valuable experience in roofing and building maintenance.

What you'll be doing:

* Assisting roofers with installation, repair, and maintenance work across residential and commercial properties

* Preparing materials and tools for daily tasks and ensuring safe working conditions

* Supporting the team on varied roofing projects

* Following health and safety procedures and company standards at all times

* Developing your skills through on-the-job training and experience
