Were a well-established, family-run manufacturing business based in Tamworth, and were looking for an experienced GRP Laminator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role working with fibreglass (GRP) in a supportive, down-to-earth environment where quality and teamwork really matter.
The role:
Laminating fibreglass components to a high standard
Working from moulds and technical drawings
Preparing materials, moulds, and finishes
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
What were looking for:
Previous experience as a GRP / Fibreglass Laminator
Good attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a small team
A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

7am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday
7am - 1pm, Friday
