Job Description
The facilities Assistant will be responsbile for:
3. Ensuring all facilities are clean and well-maintained
4. Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of events
5. Completing basic repair tasks in a timely manner
6. Coordinating with external contractors and services
7. Adhering to health and safety regulations
8. Supporting other departments as needed
9. Good level of customer service
10. Assist in planning & execution of office moves within agreed time frames
11. Ordering of stationery, lighting, cash & carry consumables
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facilities Assistant should have:
